WHY I LOVE BUSINESS LITIGATION
I love Business Litigation because the law in Business Litigation just makes sense to me. The situations can get messy but the law itself is very clean and elegant.
Staten Island, where I live and work, is a small business haven. It seems that just about everyone is running a small business. And it is a fact of life that your business will be involved in a lawsuit.
That is where I come in. I want to make sure that businesses minimize their damage if they are being sued. More importantly, I want businesses to thrive and the best way to do that is make sure their contracts are being honored.
I take great pride in being a member of the Richmond County Bar Association. I am currently the Co-Chair of the New Lawyers Committee for the Richmond County Bar Association. I also sit on the board of directors for the Richmond County Bar Association.
I am the administrative director of and run the Volunteer Lawyers' Project for the Richmond County Bar Association.
