Dear Mr. Eisenberg, Esq.
We live next door to a new condominium development in Harlem NYC which we have an access license agreement with the owner. The owner is in default of the agreement and owes us $13K through April 2021 (based on the compensation clause in the agreement). They have done damage to our building, have not made any repairs, and their owner's lawyer cannot reach his point of contact. I would like to know the best way to proceed with this case. My name is Roderick Sidney I have been falsely accused of stealing government funds I haven't been working for a long period of time due to my health issues. I have been trying to come back to work, and I get a piece of mail in my mail that said that I owe them over 10,000 dollars for the months that they said that I was overpaid I wasn't even working I was home, and this isn't the first time this happens to me somebody is charging hours to me when I am not at work. How can you charge people when they are not even there? I would like to sue them for harassment.
I have been harassed by them over and many times before. When I came back to work they had messed up my payroll by doing the same thing before and I had to pay for their mistakes the people who are behind this are stilling money and trying to use me as an escape got and pen charges against me.
